Do you offer custom prints with personal designs?

Currently, not for single pieces.
We only offer custom prints for orders of 10 or more pieces per design, with a production time of 1–2 months.

Do you print custom designs on minifigures?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom printing for minifigures.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide to every country.

Availability status in the shop?

If an item is currently unavailable, it means we're working to restock it as quickly as possible.

How are building instructions created?

It all starts with an idea!
The model is designed in a 3D program, and for more complex techniques, real test models are built to ensure functionality.
Then, the steps for the building instructions are outlined, and the required pieces for each step are assigned.
Finally, the instructions are prepared so they are easy to follow and build.

You can find the tracking number in the order overview or directly within your order details.

We currently offer PayPal, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and bank transfer (money order).

How to change the delivery country 

You can change the delivery country anytime by clicking on the globe icon or during the checkout process in the shipping section.

How do I know how much shipping will cost?

Exact shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Why is the delivery of my items taking so long?

For international deliveries, unexpected delays can sometimes occur.

Where can I apply my coupon code?

You can apply your coupon code directly in the shopping cart or before completing your order.

Where can I download the building instructions?

In your account, under your order, you can download the building instructions in the lower section.

How can I change my address? 

You can update or change your address in your account settings.
You can also add additional addresses to manage different billing and shipping addresses.

Where can I change my password?

You can change your password in your account settings.
If you've forgotten your password, you can click "Forgot password" in the login area to request a new one.

How can I change the language and country?

Click on the globe icon in the upper right corner to change the language and the shipping country.
